HR Key Directives

In May 2017, the Human Resources Department started the process of re-inventing itself and creating the structure needed to support the Operational Teams. Under the principle of being a “Servant Leader” the HR Team is led by a few key directives:

  1. Support
  2. Protect
  3. Teach
  4. Develop
  5. Extreme Ownership

These key directives allow the HR Team to focus on “What’s Right” rather than “Who’s Right” and helps to remove roadblocks that get in the way of running a lean and successful operation. This also creates opportunities to learn from our mistakes, grow and become stronger, instead of tearing each other down. Most importantly it opens strong, direct lines of communication between all levels within the organization.

The people who make up the CARS family are the greatest and most important asset the company has. It is with the focus, dedication and determination of each member of the CARS family that allows us to serve our clients. It is through this example that drives that HR Department to put “People First.” From our onboarding process and throughout your employment, the HR Team will continuously ensure everyone is treated with respect, dignity and given the support they need to succeed.

Over the last several months we have enlisted Paylocity as CARS payroll platform. Paylocity allows each staff member access to their paystubs, W2’s and demographic information through a self-serve web portal. This portal will give you the ability to make updates to your address, phone number, dependents, emergency contacts and many other things. I invite you to download the Paylocity app by visiting the app store on your smartphone.

Lastly the HR Team would like to thank everyone for their patience during the transition and onboarding of the Team. Our company is filled with an exceptional group of amazing people that will be fun to work with for years to come.

Thank you,
Human Resources Team
Hilary, Lynsey, Beth, Ayana, Christy, Ashley and Mike
